Dippy Chip, I've not seen her in months!

Hmmm- there must be a black hole (or donut hole!) where people disappear on this forum....!!!

You know Kykaree I was wondering the other day how she was doing. Did you ever read her blog where she said that she felt after her friend had taken his own life it made her take stock of things, she said she was going to continue with the healthy eating but spend more time doing the things she wanted to do, I think she was in the middle of writing a book.

It would be lovely to hear how she is though.
