GI to maintain after LighterLife?

Hi There,

Is there anyone out there who is in maintance after LighterLife and not using foodpacks?

I have read a few peoples blogs and some people seem to use GI.

Any help or advice would be great. I know I have 9 weeks to go before I go into maintance but I like to plan ahead ;)
