I've just gone out and bought the Paul McKenna book "I can make you thin". It comes with a self hypnosis CD...I haven't tried it yet though...will do in about 5 mins.
The theories in the book really seem to make sense though.
I was wondering if anybody has put any of his advice into practice and could give me any (preferably positive) feedback...(did it work for you etc.)

We had quite a few discussions about Paul McKenna when the series was on TV. Some people for and others against.

If you look at the top of the page you'll see a search key - put in McKenna and there will be lots of results. I just did it because I was going to give you a link but there were more threads about it than I thought.
