Sarah - what's your next goal now you've broke that all important barrier? I'm still technically 'overweight' (by 2-4lbs depending on time of the month) but it's just not shifting at all. I've pretty well given up on it, now. I'd like to have at least got down to a 'normal' weight, so frustrating to stick at a couple of pounds above, but there you go.... I made my goals small ones, half a stone or 10lbs at a time. I started at almost 14 stone this time last year. I've just noticed we're the same height - tell you something, once you get down to 12st and just below, you will feel incredibly different, whatever the scales say, your dress size will be about where you're starting to feel great - so keep going, you!)
