August Points Challenge!
 
Here we go - 4 possible points earned every day

Mine are 1 for water :rain: 1 for calories :hun: 1 for minimal carbs at the right time :cbg: and 1 for exercise :tread: or a planned rest day.

I'll join, too. My August goals are slightly different:

:coffee2: - For enough water (always a problem for me)
:corn: - For not eating carbs after 3pm
:carrot: - For state of mind, being enthusiastic, whatever
:cheese: - For keeping within my calorie allowance (which will mean keeping away from the blummin cheese)

I'm not worrying about exercise - I enjoy it too much to miss.

Sorry to hijack the thread but what exactly is the right time to have minimal carbs? I'm curious, lately I've seen a lot of mention about cutting carbs at x time of day/night.

According to the Precision Nutrition plan I'm kinda following, you should only eat starchy carbs after exercise, and refined carbs as in a sports drink during exercise.

There is a theory that carbs before bed promote fat storing however I'm not completely sold on this.
