I just got back from an ordeal of a sailing trip and went to Guernsey where I got me some jeans from New Look in a size 18 planning to slim into them...tried them on this morning...they are TOO BIG!!!!

BTW...I can't remember if I said but I have come off Cambridge now, mainly for money reasons but I was finding it so difficult with all the fundraising volunteer stuff I do as most of the time it was food based and I now feel able to make better choices in food.

Thanks...I seem to be getting heavier though. I know that muscle is heavier than fat but my slimming world consultant would say that was a bit of a fallacy and you would have to be super muscular for that to count...is that true?
