I got one at half stone, 1st, 1 and a half etc... and I have a slimmer of the month one. :) I got slimmer of the week twice, but they don't give you it unless you stay to class. :(

My boss is going to be coming with me from Thursday, so we can keep each other motivated. :)

YP1 06-17-2006 05:01 AM

Woo hoo. I've been between 158 and 160 for months now, but this morning the scales said 157. I don't know whether it will be permanent, but I'll take it. It's also given me a bit of motivation to be good over the weekend to make sure I see that number again on Monday!

impossible princess 06-17-2006 02:46 PM

I've put on 4lbs oops.

peacock 2 06-18-2006 09:47 AM

Never mind Princess! Hopefully you enjoyed yourself while adding on the pounds!

veggie 06-18-2006 10:11 AM

Well done YP :cp: Not that you need to lose anything!

Never mind impossible princess it'll come back off. ;)

YP1 06-19-2006 02:46 PM

WTF??? I didn't see 157 this morning...

it was 155 :dizzy: :carrot: :dizzy:

I'm not quite sure whether to believe it, on one hand I was very good over the weekend, on the other is it really possible to lose nothing for months and then three pounds in a week? I have no idea where that came from!

Still, 11 stone 1 sounds very nice to me :D

Sarah Ann 06-19-2006 02:56 PM

11st 1lb sounds very nice to me as well - but I'm not likely to see that for at least another 6 months.

Well done, Helen! You must have done something very right.

Pachyderm 06-20-2006 06:52 AM

That's really good Helen. It must be partly due to this low appetite you have at the moment.

I wish I had that!

peacock 2 06-20-2006 07:09 AM

11st 1 lb sounds wonderful - care to swap? I am 14st at the mo'.

Wonder what I will be tonight when I get weighed.

micheleherts 06-20-2006 01:10 PM

Well done YP whatever your doing keep at.

Hopefully I shall start shifting again. I maintain really which is good
but I still want to be nine and half stone.

Good luck for later on Peacock let us all know how you got on.

Michele

woo 3 off this week.. been a bit slow last 2-3 week.. with a weddning a few weeks ago. and not feeling well.. so hopfully its shifting again ..

peacock 2 06-21-2006 04:13 AM

I put on 2lb! I blame the frenchman ..again. He gave me a nectarine in place of the usual chocolate and you know how calorific nectarines are, don't you peeps! (wink wink!)

Pachyderm 06-21-2006 05:51 AM

:whoo: That smily is so funny. Well done Lou on the 3lbs

Sorry Peacock for the 2lbs! :sorry: It's probably just a blip - some weeks you go up, some you go down, as long as there is a downward trend in the long-run....

Pretty pleased with my 9lb loss so far, I just hope I can keep it up!

peacock 2 06-21-2006 06:20 AM

Yes it was a bot bad for me to put on after I lost weight last week When I gain my friend loses and it goes the other way around as well.

I should blame it on the picnic I guess. I did rather pig out.

Well done on the 9lb so far. I am still 2lb short of my stone goal - boo hoo.

Pachyderm 06-21-2006 11:44 AM

Just eat really well for the next couple of weeks. You'll get there and then you will feel so pleased with yourself.
