im new!!!:wave: I live in Plymouth & I have a thyriod problem to which I tipped the scales at 14 st, I started at 14 st 4 lb & over a couple of years of losing & gaining and gaining more i managed to get back on track with the help of weightwatchers & GL, GI diet, well eating healthly(ish) really!!

Started again properly March 26th this year (just after my birthday) Ive managed to get down to 10 st 1 lb and come down from a size 16 (was nearing 20 at my heavist) to a 12, wuhoo!! on sunday I bought a bikini, now saying this still kinda scares me as I have NEVER worn one of these & we are going on on holiday the 22nd of this month Im hoping to be able to lose or get under the 10's!!!!! well im just scared to wear it out, I dont know why it makes a difference if im under 10 st or not!!!

My goal weight (for the mo see how I go!!??) is 9 st 5 lbs, fingers crossed!!

I've bought my first bikini this year too! :eek: When you wear it, just remember everyone else is more concerned with their own bodies than they are with yours! :D
