I'm on my way

I had to post this I have lost 1 pound. :carrot: Not a lot but it is in the right direction. So the new me is her way.:goodscale Goal one has been acheived :D Goal two is to increase exercise by going for a walk each day. :running: |
Well done! Good luck with the walking - I love it.
I lift weights as well but I still love my long walks best. :) A really helpful website I learned about from some of the others on this message board is Gmap at http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=206427 which is great for planning your routes or working out how far you've walked. It takes a bit of playing with but its worth it. |
