No help here i am afraid but I rememember reading I think in one of those slimming mags about a bloke someone worked with who boasted that he had no problem dieting and could not understand why women found it so hard. The woman who worked with him pointed out to the magazine readers that this man's wife packed hm a lunch and his secretary made sure he kept to his diet! There - easy peasy!!

I actually think they are better at sticking at diets than women. If there ae drinkers then cutting out or down on beer should help.

Of course the majority of me are not cooking for families or shopping for it and therefore not always tempted by food

Peacock 2 is right - my brother in law couldn't diet until his wife and the dietician got together and worked it all out for him. His biggest problem was not buying chocolate when he filled his car up with petrol - so he got his secretary to do it for him.
