I'll start off with 2 hours of pilates - an hour on the mats and an hour on the reformer.

Today I returned to my lovely gym, 20 mins on the treadmill and 15 on the bike. Tomorrow - Punch! I can't wait

I did a 10k race yesterday and an hour or so of weights today. Running again tomorrow.

count me in. did 30mins cross trainer plus weights sunday. squats and deadlift monday with 30 mins cross trainer.

no cardio today did 2 sets of preacher curls. 2 sets of standing tricep extenions. 2 sets on each arm of single leg bent over rows. and 2 sets of close grip bench.

yesterday and today 15 hill sprints. today 2 sets of squats 2 sests of dead lifts. 2 sets of ham curls

I did my upper body training for BfL today followed by a 90 minute walk with the doggies.

well i work up to 10 when i can get to i put an extra 5kg on the bar at the moment my squats are 7reps at 100kg
