Well my parents are paying for it, we have a grand and I said that he could buy a new shirt, tie and shoes to go with his suit. His reply, "Maybe..." so I said, "Well I'll spend it on shoes then!!!"

I've already bought 3 pairs of "wedding" shoes and I probably won't wear any of them!

IMHO the single most important thing a woman can have on her wedding day is LOTS of pairs of shoes! (Comfortable ones)

The ebay wedding dress has arrived!

It's a lot like the one in the first two pictures on the thread (that's the same dress), and it looks a lot less lumpy with better undwerwear! Only it doesn't have a train and the length is ankle length, I think it might be a bit short for my liking, but it's nice, and for £27 I'm not complaining!

I just have the lace up back one to try in a week or two then I will make my decision! And if I happen upon a nice one between then and November, then fine, but I'm not stressing out about it any more!

Bargain!! Did you win it on a bid or a buy it now?

Its a pretty dress and I suppose the length will matter more depending on which shoes you want to wear with it.

I won it on a bid, it's been worn once!

I think it will look better with high strappy sandals rather than flatties at the length it's at!
