No way! Since I have lived here (nearly 5 years) I have been surrounded by more slim women than fat.
In my workplace, all the skinny minnies sit there with chips drenched in mayonaise for dinner and then have crisps and biscuits as well. AND they can still fit into size 8 topshop jeans! It's not fair!
