Hi,

I'm Emily, saying hello and I hope to join you all in losing lots of weight :D

I've decided it's time to sort myself out so I've got my treadmill, my dvds, and got off my bum and lost half a stone in the last three weeks. :cheer:

Got plenty more to go though
