Newbie-Hi there!

Hey Hey

My name is Natasha and I started the Cambridge Diet on Tuesday. So far so good. I have lost 28lbs slowly since last summer by going on a diet and then coming off, the dreaded Yoyoing. Anyhoo got sick of it was going to do lighter life but could not afford £66 so went on to Cambridge for half the amount. I just wanted to say hi and good luck everyone!

Welcome, Natasha!

Hello Natasha,

My name is Toni and I just signed up last night. I am quite impressed with the variety of themes and support clubs at this site. What is the Cambridge diet? Does it originate in England?

Congratulations on losing 28 pounds! :carrot: You are on the right track! Since August 2003, I've lost 24 pounds with a little bit of yo-yoing going on! I was seeing a nutritionist for about 8 months since the summer of 2004 but it was getting expensive for me so I stopped seeing her. I need to get back on track.

Please send me messages if you need encouragement and vice versa!
You can never have enough buddies!:)
Your buddy in Canada,

Tonita

Hi everyone! First time posting here...not new to 3fatchicks. I discovered it several years ago before there was a forum here. As I recall, mostly a diary of the three sisters. Of course, I told my sisters about the site because it was so inspiring. I registered in November but hadn't gotten a chance to actually post. I want this year to be the year that I make it to goal. I was at goal with WW many years ago and have tried many diets over the years...losing on some but always regaining. Today I weigh more than I have ever weighed. I started WW again after seeing some acquaintanes lose lots of weight. I'll be making my graph here shortly so that I can chart my losses, but first gotta figure everything out. Like so many of you, I don't have a lot of time, but will try to be here as often as possible. I know that seeing others succeed will be a motivation for me and hopefully I can inspire others as well!
