Good for you! Keep up the good work.

15 minutes weights, 10 minutes rower, 20 minutes cross trainer, 10 minutes on the treadmill at 15% incline/7.1km/hour.

4.5 mile walk. And it snowed! (Well only a little);)

i went iceskating today for the first time in ten years and have some big bruises

kykaree 01-06-2006 01:03 AM

Ice skating sounds like fun, not done that since I was a teenager!!! In the Ice Age!!! LOL

Yesterday I did 40 minutes at lunch, and then an hour at the gym after work. I've made an appointment to get my programme redone again next week.

Gotta start getting more organised to train for this run!

 Did arms shoulders and abs last night (I think that was it anyway..) Some good stuff that I haven't done before, quite challenging!

Kykaree, which run are you running?

kykaree 01-06-2006 04:12 AM

It's in london in June, do you fancy it??? YP is doing it too!

2frustrated 01-06-2006 05:14 AM

Heck yes! I'll be there! WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

At last something I can sign up for NOW!

YP1 01-06-2006 01:49 PM

5k run today, then some ball work and some upper body weights. I was on a roll for a change.

2frustrated 01-07-2006 06:13 AM

20 minutes run :D

NON STOP :faint:

YP1 01-07-2006 06:38 AM

I've done a bit of a yoga dvd this morning (before realising I don't bend like that...) and am planning a swim later.

Edit - I had a half hour swim this evening. I'm planning a long run tomorrow morning, hopefully it won't rain!

YP1 01-08-2006 05:19 AM

Now, that's what I call a long run - 13k (over 8 miles) in about 1 hour 25 minutes without stopping running except to avoid traffic. I even managed a sprint at the end to catch the bus home! It was absolutely freezing though and my fingers are still a bit numb :(

kykaree 01-08-2006 08:44 AM

Wow, that's a run. I went for a swim for two hours this morning, may go back to the gym for full body weights this afternoon, depending on nap status!!! Weights/sleep which one is the most important????

YP1 01-08-2006 09:22 AM

Sleep. That's what I may well be doing this afternoon (well, it will stop me snacking or spending money ;) )

kykaree 01-08-2006 12:37 PM

The gym won!!! Bike, stepper, rower, eliptical, full body weights and a chat with the other cute instructor, who is quite sure I must have been drinking when I signed up for the 10k run. Note to self, check alcohol content of works drinks machine!!!!
