Sorry I don't have a new book or access to slimming world online. Does anyone know the sin value of yeo valley organic fat free bio live strawberry yogurt the 450g pots. I'm hoping its sin free but I'm sure I'm deluding myself it lasts me a week though.

Trying to start over a new leaf and work myself out a weekly food plan but I'm getting a bit stuck with a few sin values.

How about innocent smoothies strawberries and bananas or blackberries and blueberries the litre cartons now i know they are going to be a hideous amount but I want to know if I can have them as a treat.

And finally sainsburys fresh tomato and herb soup (its the one that isn'tthe creamy one) 250ml.

These are the foods I live off at the moment so I'm going to cry if I can't have them at all. I'd be really grateful if anyone can help me out.
