We have progress! 1lb off, which means I'm now 1/4 of the way there, only 3 more to go...

Oooooooooh girlies I'm up for a challenge. I'm going for 8lbs by the end of January. That would make me either 10 stone or 9 stone 13lbs. Oh god I think I was born weighing nine stone. Please encourage me as things have slowed down lately.

Goodnight godbless

There are 3 more weeks of January left... You'll only gain if you want to gain!

I am throwing out my scales (well actually putting them in a cupboard, they were expensive!) and concentrating on exercise and "pantsometer" readings, so I guess I won't really know!

Hmm, I've just been in Boots and seen a very nice number on my print out. It's normally fairly accurate, but I want to wait til Monday on the normal scale at the gym before deciding whether to count it as a loss. I'm more hopeful of seeing a nice number now though
