Ooops! I didn't log on last night - DH opened a bottle of bubbly and lesson planning and other work went out of the window.

So now I was up at 6am gtting the work done!

Thanks all, I don't feel too bad - I had to make my own cake!!!!! Lots of fruit and nuts and citrusy stuff Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Oh, and right on cue Amazon managed to deliver me a Kick the Fat book, kickboxing the nasty way!

YES! That does mean I am going to be using the instructors cert I got last Jan on myself!!!! Kickboxng here I come!
