Oh ...Wow i cant belive you all want me here that so sweet now let me tell you guys abouth the book i read by.it said that diets works only for a short time you will lose weight if you keep going however most of us get bored at start cheating and what happens is you put on the weight straigh forwars that beacuse all diets works in opposite way of bodeybut if you strat trusting your bodey and work with it and do only 4 keys you will lose weight and never gets back if you continue the same way.
and these four keys are :1.eat only when u are hungry.
2.stop eating when you feel your bodey signal that says no more.
3.eat slowly and enjoy food.
4.eat what you want to eat and not what you have to.
has anyone read the book?
