I did do slim fast for a little bit just for convenience and to kick-start me, although I don't think I'd do it again. It's just too darned expensive and not at all filling! :dizzy:

I am finding them quite filling but only been doing it for 3 days. I am in choc heaven at lunchtimes :D I have only tried their bars and have a tub of strawberry shake. Might try that as a mid afternoon treat.
I saw my siggy after I had posted and thought oops :o I only had 2 lbs to go and now it's 5 :rofl: Never mind, I shall go and jump on the scales now and ajust it later.
