help!!

  • day 3 of ww and ive religiously stuck to my points (well 5 under day 1 and 1 under day 2) but dont feel any better for it - I know its only day 3 but usually when dieting I feel a bit better in myself or at least feel hungry lol I feel full all the time on ww and im worried that its just not working for me! Anybody else doing ww? if so why do i feel full!!!!!
  • I NEVER felt full on W.W. unless you're saving your pts for a special meal or drink at the weekend make sure that you use them up..you must have the minimum pts miss. colesef otherwise it will affect your weightloss. Its great that you feel full enjoy it
  • I have been on WW since January and I never feel hungry. I eat a lot of salid and veggies so that helps keep me full. Try to eat all of your points in a day because it can make your body think you are starving it, even if you are not hungry try to eat a few higher point things. Like peanut butter, bread, or more meat and less veggies. My biggest issue is that I fill up on veggies and don't eat enough meat.
