Well, I've been lurking around 3fc since early 2004 and can't believe I haven't posted here yet.

I'm originally from Leeds *waves to YP1*, now living in the States (Tennessee to be precise). Been over here 3 years. I've been losing/gaining weight yo-yo style since 2003, this year however has been good so far. I ditched the fad diets, switched my way of thinking and eating around to "everything in moderation" with emphasis on low fat and have been having some success. Since Jan 2005 I've lost 23 lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes.

Any road up, I'm at work so should probably keep this short :devil: I've been browsing some of the posts and am impressed with the determination you lasses are showing. It's nice meeting you all and I look forward to hanging out in the UK chicks forum some more.

FCUK! They make the best T-shirts :) I bought one on my last visit home, says "cool as fcuk" on it, well when I wear it down here (picture: bible belt) I get some curious looks :lol: .

:rofl: Well a couple of years ago I went back to UK with hubby and he saw a shop window with paper plastered all over it that said FCUK on it he did a double take and then said to me "Look they can't spell F*ck properly" :rofl: :lol3: neither of us had heard of french connection UK so we were a bit puzzled until my daughter explained it to me :lol:
