I've been dieting for a month now and lost half a stone. I have about one and a half stone to go. I'm following Rosemary Conley's 'New Body Plan' and also using recipes from her other low-fat cook-books. I've used Paul McKenna's book and CD *I Can Make You Thin* to motivate me to exercise (it works!)
I have PCOS so my weight loss is upto 4 times slower than women without PCOS.

next year I may be able to go to Rosemary Conley free on prescription for however long they (the health authority people) decide people need it. Or so I read in the local paper anyway.
