It is coming OFF! I have learned from FlyLady.net that one can do anything for 15 minutes and that it takes BabySteps to reach a goal. That applied to my eating habits means that I can change my way of eating and excercise (which was NONE) a little bit at a time and can survive for "15 minutes" without that craving!

Weighed on doctors scale today!
Dom has pinched my set for something at college! :stress: :yikes: But it looks like I may have lost a coupla pounds, can't really tell though, but they were hovering under 12st, so that was nice! I'll weigh on mine tomorrow morning if I'm good today! :rofl: |

im 3lbs down this week now 11st 7lbs, i started dieting again at the end of march last year so if i complete the easter challenge and get to 11st by end of this march that will be 5 st in a year ive lost!.........im aiming for 8st 8lbs, once im there i know ill still be slightly overweight but if im happy there , ill stick with that

:rofl: cat its the scales and the bmi making up people that say ill still be overweight at that ................... i cant remember ever weighing myself and being under 12 stone before so anything now is good in my book................i think once i reach 9st13 (anything under double numbers)ill be in my element and that when im going to find it hard to keep myself going, but we will see
