Yeah, it's hard. Only recently dared to put mine in my profile.

Haven't got any of me at my biggest as I never let anyone come near me with a camera because I felt so awful.

I wish I had really, as I guess it would have been good to look at when I needed inspiration to never let myself go back to that again! Photos can really make it hit home to you, whereas I guess I was hiding from exactly how big I was back then!

You look fine to me too. As you seem to be fairly active, do you know what proportion of body fat you have? I'm sure you know muscle weighs more than fat if you take actual volume into account. I vividly remember a TV prog once that compared a pound of steak to a pound of lard! The people losing weight on the prog also had their lbs lost shown as lard in a wheelbarrow - really graphic!!!!

yea i know my body fat at the moment is about 25%ish i'm aiming for 12% which will be nice. on the excersise thread i think it is or might be the ladies who lift one there is a pic of 5lb of fat and 5lb of muscle sat next to each other. angel you look damn fine to me

my tattoo is a tiger sat between 2 tiger lillies one pink one purple kinda showing you don't have to look and act like a meat head to be strong or powerfull
