that's really cheered me up after the worst day EVER (see Sept)!! And I've only succumbed to eating an extra french fancy and a few nibbles at work for someone's leaving do! Yay!
1ml walk/jog program..1ml hill program and 3k exercise bike 



will try for 3 in the morning seeing as my weekend begins tonight

but I did stack firewood logs for 1.5hrs

its no good us saying 20mins or whatever because we don't know your fitness level
just do what you can and like frus said add a little more as you get stronger
