Hello fellow Slimming World followers!
I was wondering if you could post your ULTIMATE favourite meals that you cook on a RED and GREEN day?
I have my favourites and make them most weeks - so I was wondering if maybe you make something nicer - that perhaps I am missing out on that I could try? :tasty:
Kelly's Favourite RED Day Meal:-
Bacon Double Cheeseburgers x 2
-0.5lb Extra Lean Minced Beef
-Diced & Sliced Onion
-1 x Egg
-42g Mozarella ( 1 x A Healthy Extra)
-Mushrooms
-2 x Wholemeal Rolls ( 2 x B Healthy Extra)
-Frylight
Lightly fry the diced onion in frylight. Add to minced beef and 1 egg - mix well with hands and form 4 x burger patties. Put in fridge for 30 mins. Then Grill them. Then obviously make up burgers with the rolls - 2 x burger per roll, mozarella, fried sliced onion and mushrooms, grilled bacon.
And the best bit - ALL SYN FREE!

Kelly's Favourite GREEN DAY Meal:-
Jacket Potatoes with Cheese and Flavoured Cottage Cheese
-2 Large Potatoes
-42g Mozarella ( 1 x A Healthy Extra)
-1 Tub Low Fat Flavoured Cottage Cheese (My Favourites - Tuna &
Sweetcorn, Smoked Cheese & Onion or Onion & Chive)
Pre-heat oven on high. Heat potatoes in microwave till soft in middle. Put in oven till skin brown and crispy. Take out - mash middle in skin, add mozzarella and the tub of flavoured cottage cheese.
To die for! And again SYN FREE!
