Frozen chips nice :D I had 2 boxes :yes:

OK here is my planned eating for today, will come back later and let you know how I got on with it. I find planning what I eat before in advance, it has helped before so am going to get my act together and do it again

For a snack, I am going to make up a salad and keep it in a tub in the fridge and if I want it, I will mix it up with some cottage cheese and have it with 2 slices of bread (HEB)

mm strawberry cheese cake thats my favourite.

I had quorn, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes with pasta and tomato pesto and it was really really yummy.

I had a snowball drink last night :o left over from Xmas :p I must of been v drunk.

have no idea what the syns are but it cant be 8.5 its a wee mini one
