I picked it up in WHSmiths for 99p she lost 14 stones and joined aqua aerobics at 25 stone :cp: :bravo: it's all very inspiring but mostly boring exercise bits ;) When she talked about being embarrassed at her size and how good she felt now it was v good. She joined a skinnys gym first then moved to one where they didn't stare so much. Talked about it still being a struggle at target and having to realise most people don't eat 2 pies and chips every night. I hope she's kept the weight off I need an update.
