hi i am from jacksonville, fl and i was wondering what quick exercises can be done when it is so hot out. i have a treadmill but i am also looking for things to mix it up alittle

hi there and welcome at the moment the whole of britian is freezing and wet so advice might be a bit short coming and i never exercise when its hot {or cold for that matter} but good luck anyway

Sorry - we don't have that problem here in the UK!

Well we do for about 48 hours in any one year, and we just choose not to move - at all, anywhere!!!

Good luck getting a helpful answer, sorry I can't be the one to provide it. Oh, can we come and visit to see just how hot it is over there - please, pretty please. Pretty please with sugar on top!

Hi keepgivinup, have you got a bike? then you can ride out in that glorious sunshine with a breeze blowing thru your hair to keep you cool :D

Kirsty and Stef :yes: its hot :hot: and its muggy too :p i like the heat but i don't like the humidity in Florida i felt hot, bothered and sticky most of the time i was there but it did go nice in the evenings when a little breeze came up. I think you should both go and see for yourselves :lol:

THink I have ot come along too as some kind of official hot weather tester :dizzy:

well carol you can have my place i forgot in the heat of the moment i really really dont like to fly so you can tell me all about it unless you no a dodgy doc who will knock me out for the flying bit

Well when you lot have finished testing Florida's heat, feel free to come across to AZ as I'll be back there next year. We can all do water aerobics in the pool if ya want :) Then get out and rest with a shandy or something :)

after water aerobics ill need oxygen never mind shandy well and a fag maybe a southern comfort or two
