Morning. Am still feeling under the weather and want to know why this happened over the weekend and not on a work day.

Have no grand plans for today. Still need to tidy the house, have jst woken my lot up with hot drinks because I'm not doing it on my own. Besides that just going to cough and sniffle and feel sorry for myself.

Awwww Poor Carol

Did my first shift this morning and i like it i did'nt want to leave how many people say that about their job? i'll probably change my tune after a few weeks. I'm off now until Thursday how many people say that about their job too got home just in time for MIL to phone and moan about the price of gas in England she think its half price here and no matter how we try we can't make her understand that she thinks that because of the exchange rate not because it is. Hubby moaned back that is rocketing over here too, but she won't have it! We let her off cos she's 76 i'm going to hit the garden and transplant some flowers and probably cut down broom some day my prince will come YEH RIGHT!

Hey girls,
Carol, hope you're feeling better. Cathy, glad you love your new job. You're right, not many people say they love their job so it's good to hear. I do LOVE mine. Didn't when I first started though, three years back. Didn't have a clue about autism The longer I have worked in this field though, the more into it I get.
My transfer I was told about last week, although upsetting to me at first was a compliment about my knowledge in this field. But on Friday I was offered a job with the other company I work with part time, so I'll not be transferring, I'll be changing companies Start full time as soon as the school year ends Am a happy bunny about that.
It's going to be 80 here today, had a little shower through the night but it's already warm and the birds are singing. I am taking it as a god omen for a super slimming week as went to pot a bit on Saturday at the baby shower, not terrible, but could have done better.
Have a great week everyone, must get people who are taller than me, but younger, out of their pits and headed off to their place of learning..........

I am still ill, this is ridiculous, I slept most of yesterday and then dragged myself out of bed to take the kids to school this morning and then slept for another 6 hours. And still I am coughing and wheezing. Is no fun. But I am hoping to go back to work tomorrow I hate being off sick.

Apparently the weather was really nice today, but when I got up it started to thinder and lightening so me and the boys have watched it all around, is quite a storm we don't get many of them here. Did it reach you Kirsty, not sure how far round the valley it went.

Have hardly eaten anything today, but that is just as bad as over doing it. Have lots of chilled water and apple juice in the fridge so I am going to get my body moving with them. Am going to have a baked potato with fish for dinner, think I am having a red day, am not sure, am not even sure what day it is...........nothing new there though

I never know what day it is either Carol i have to figure it out when i wake up sometimes i have to think what i watched on tv the night before to figure out what day it is how bad is that?

Chris, glad the job situation is sorted out

Kirsty, i've got my prince? if he's my prince then i'm in trouble

Its windy here today so no playing in the garden for me will have to keep myself amused in the house without frequent visits to the fridge maybe i should go to the mall instead
