Hello :) I am a newbie uk chick living in Yorkshire but from Dublin, been living here since 1988 have 4 children eldest 22 youngest 18 and I am 42 years old, married to a yorkshire man....I am a member of Weight Watchers and got to my goal weight in april last year but due to a major knee operation last september have put back on the stone I lost to reach my goal weight :( so am now back to square one and having to start again and feeling very down at the moment :( I look forward to meeting other uk chicks or irish chicks here and could do with a bit of moral support as I start along the road to my goal weight again :(

Welcome Zippy (wht a great name!). I know someone from the board is from Ireland but cannot remember who. We are from all over and a mixed bunch that is for sure. Kep your spirits up and keep checking on the various posts. We usually manage to have a laugh.

Oops just reread your message Loopy and I see that although you are Irish, you are living in Yorkshire. I was going to say that Val A comes from Ireland and they don't have SW there but of course they may do in Yorkshire.

Hi Zippy, pleased to meet u, I just rejoined weight watchers again after being off it for a couple of months. Its good that you are nipping it in the bud now because it goes on a lot faster than it comes off.
