I danced the nite away in a club last nite, but going by how my head feels this morning, im pretty sure i drank more alcohol calories than I danced off!
& Im missing aerobics 2day to go out 4 a mates Bday, I suppose I could just not drink but still dance a lot 2nite! Yes thats the plan! |
:lol: @ 'live with the crinkled look' I hate ironing too :p its not so bad if theres only a bit but if theres a big pile :rollpin: i gave up on it a long time ago too apart from dresses and blouses and i rarely wear them anymore because we hardly ever go out so i live in sweats :lol: and hubby in work jeans :(

I have done nothing, but am going back to work tomorrow and am only going to Stirling instead of Aberdeen, so I will walk at lunchtime, in the rain if needs be. I need to get my butt moving

Meandered down into Stirling and back in the sunshine, could have been more energtic but I still walked 2 miles

im breathing thats as much exercise as i can handle today went to shops for fags and a paper and hung out a washing {that was fun} and made the tea umpteen times out with dogs and the hoovering

I curved it today, first chance I've had all week, thank the Lord they had the A/C on, it was still hot in there though so I sweated quite profusely :) Just thought I'd share some sweat with ya.
Will walk later with the dogs, have to wait until it's cooler for Lew so he doesn't have seizures and also have to pick up Hannah from flag waving practice......it's all go in this house. |
I find it so hard to do exercise as I am BADLY disorganised. Here I am as usual messing about while trying to do the work for my essay due tomorrow, I expect that will take up all day so I won't get anything done tomorrow. It seems I can either exercise or do uni work. Uni is quite a lot of work but I know loads of people who fit a lot more into their time. I'm sure it's also not close to being as hard as having kids or an actual job! It's just that I'm rubbish at being organised. I'm just worried it will lead to the usual situation where I decide uni is more important than my weight or health and then go back to binging when I have an essay crisis and never doing any exercise. I just don't feel like I can concentrate on both things!

Am going to walk to the hair dressers today - 3 mile round trip and tomorrow I am going swimming, by myself, so will do 30 lengths of the pool :)
