how to lose pandemic weights
 
guys i am new here

and just wondering how you guys/girls lost weights gained during pandemic periods

one of my friend who been through same as me, she recommended me to consider getting orlistat medications prescribed from hospital, but i am one of those who feel embarassed for having to talk about something so personal with someone comepletly new to me..

(aside from his/her expertise in the field)


i would be very happy if someone could help me to figure out how to get some medicinal help without having to deal with people??

would getting medications through some legitimate online platforms do some work for me?

Totally understand why you feel embarrassed — talking about weight and medication with a stranger can feel very uncomfortable, even if they’re a doctor. You’re definitely not the only one who feels that way.
