It almost become natural to be a student of what you love and what ails you. So I have been reading the Obesity Code , great read ,very compelling, I truly recommends this

First of all, it is important to define that eating little is consuming less calories and nutrients that your body needs on a daily basis. It is not possible to quantify what is too little or too much for all people, since each individual has a specific type of metabolism and needs.

Therefore, being below this ideal intake can be as harmful as overeating, as our bodies may not be getting the nutrients needed to function in a balanced way. Therefore, it is important to consult a nutritionist, who - through tests - will be able to check if there is any nutritional deficiency in your diet.
