From what I understand, it's basically just meat, eggs, and some dairy - no veggies, no fruits, no carbs at all. Sounds extreme, but some people swear by it for fat loss and mental clarity.
This Week's Meal Plan (My Experiment):
Morning:
- 3 scrambled eggs cooked in butter
- 2 strips of bacon
- Black coffee
- 1/2 lb (225g) ribeye steak
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef patties
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Bone broth
- Simplicity - no calorie counting
- Supposed to reduce cravings
- Many report fast fat loss results
