How does the Diet Buddy thing work?

It does if you are motivated yourself, a diet buddy only works for those moments you are feeling a little down or in doubt.
You can have all the diet buddies in the world, if you yourself aren't motivated it won't work lol

And what kind of diet? How does it work? Now I am in search of something suitable for me.
