A few comments about the diet:

Are you getting enough calories each day? This basically looks like a starvation diet, so it's not a healthy way to lose weight.

That's not how successful dieting works. You need to find a healthy diet that you can stick to forever, otherwise you'll just gain the weight back after you finish the diet.

It doesn't specify what type of bread to use for the toast. It should be 100% whole grain bread.

It doesn't mention anything about salad dressing. You should be putting a healthy dressing on your salad to get some healthy fats (you can make a healthy dressing from olive oil, vinegar, and seasoning).

It doesn't specify what type of fish. I'd suggest looking for one that's high in omega 3 and low in mercury. Wild Alaskan salmon is a good one (there are some other good ones as well).

Grapefruit is healthier than grapefruit juice (the same goes for any fruit), although it's only once a week so it's not a significant difference.

Soda is allowed? Soda is one of the unhealthiest things you can drink (unless it's just carbonated water with nothing added to it).

Hmm. I haven't tried it, though I'm sure it works because it must be very low in calories.

However, this just looks like a yo-yo diet to me. Personally, afterwards I'd just go back to all my unhealthy habits! I need to change my long-term habits... that's my problem.

Default That sounds like a great diet!

No i haven't tried that diet but i will use it i really need something right now because my stomach is looking like the goodyear blimp. I don't want to depress you with my story but it hurts me when i eat the wrong foods. I will try your diet i need something i tried vegan but because i don't really know how to eat properly as a vegan i resort back to food with preservative. Thank you so very much for your post!

It sounds interesting especially because of the fast results. I would be concerned about keeping it off loosing it so fast however.

The reason why any diet works are because they lower your calories to below your daily recommended amount.

The healthy way to lose weight is to calculate your daily recommended amount (you can use the Harris Benedict Equation)and then subtract 500 Cal. This will make you lose approximately 1-2 pounds per week, and it will spare your lean body mass.
