I'm baaaaaack....
 
Hi everyone..
I was last on this forum around 4 years ago, when I managed to lose over 5st. Weeeeeell... I regained, and then some! Now standing at 20st 2, I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do! I can't seem to get started.. any advice? Motivations? Tips and tricks? Anything will help at this point!

Welcome back :)

It sounds silly but really knowing why you want to lose, and make a load of mini goals and "rewards", can help start you off. Maybe enlist the help of a trusted person in your life too?

Absolutely agree with lunaaabelle, you need to have your head skrew'd on straight! One of the best tips I can add is to build a good pile of healthy tasty recipes(and snack options!), recipes that you are going to be excited to try but are 'on plan' and make sure you have enough to give yourself as much variety as possible and try as many new things that you can. Prep is everything!
Starting is the hardest bit. You've done this before, you can definitely do this again! All the best! :)
