Your diet looks healthier than most, but there might be some minor things that can be improved.
Do you eat any fruit? Do you get enough fat in your diet? The fish and chicken have some, but check the nutrition facts to see how much. If you're not getting enough fat, you might want to add dressing to your salad. You can make a healthy dressing from olive oil and vinegar (and then add seasoning if you want).
You can try to fit in some extra exercise during your work day, for example if you work in a multi-floor building then take the stairs instead of the elevator.
I really wonder if you're getting enough calories. I know it sounds counter intuitive but after a while your body will resist losing weight if you're not getting enough to eat. You can starve yourself and the weight will come off but it gets pretty slow going. Plus as your body adjusts to the really low calorie intake it means you'll gain weight back even faster when you go over.
Even if you aren't normally a calorie counter it might be helpful to figure out a couple days worth to get a feel for how you're doing. You probably want 1400-1800 a day to lose weight at your activity level.
