Newcomer wanting advice
 

Hello everyone. I don't fully understand how this works but need help so i can live a better life. Im fed up of being made fun of after ove tried and failed so many diets. Thankyou anyone who replies😊

Hi Betty16, Welcome and I feel ya. I too am new and don't know a whole lot about the website but I post daily on the thread called May accountability. It is under weight loss support groups. They have been very supportive and welcoming and everybody is doing whatever works for them and giving advice if needed. Try that area. See you there!:)
