I'll get married in five months,but i'm still in fat.I know you share a lot of ways to lose weight,but if there are some very effective ways to help me.thanks so much.;)

Hi Manygo and welcome.

I've lost 13 pounds in 8 weeks with Slimming World - I highly recommend it. My boyfriend has lost 17 lbs in the same time frame.
