Hi there all,
Just joined, I'm overweight and need to do something about it.
Anything I try doesn't work. I just end up putting the weight back on.
Really need to do something about this.

Yes, they are allowed. Are you a man?

Of course they are! Many of our members are women, but we do have a few men around.

Certainly , men are are allowed and very successful ones , too.
