Smile Diet and Excersize buddy in Slough Area?
Hi there,

Is there anyone in the Slough area that wants to team up and attempt to get fit and healthy through diet and regular excersize? I really need the support as I can't do it on my own !!

Hey Jojo, I randomly typed weight loss buddy slough and your thread popped up. I'm new to this site however I'd love for us to buddy up and do exercise and motivate each other. Msg me back and we can arrange something. Hope to spk soon tk cr Mel.
