Me again, summer again
 

Hi all who may remember me, again.

It is summer again, so I have more time to post. I am still IFing, have been doing so on and off for just over year and have lost 32lbs. :carrot:

Just thought I'd pop in and see if anyone else is still around and doing well, or needs a sympathetic shoulder.
