I don't really know how to introduce myself lol but i'm 18, 5'6 and weigh 158lbs. My ideal weight is about 135-140lbs. I've basically started dieting yesterday so i'm a bit all over the place. I've been on and off diets but this time I mean business! Just wondered if anyone has any tips for running? I feel so embarrassed to do it outside and have no idea why!!

Have a look at c25k its an app that trains u, so basically tells u when to run walk jog etc... getting harder as the weeks go on. Im on my 2nd week and love it!!
