when i was in college back in the day i used to eat those nutri-grain fruit bars i never had the time to actually sit down and eat so snack foods were kinda my staple..granted there is better choices available now, stuff like those special K protein bar and a piece of fruit to help fill you up and keep you going or even a bag of dry cereal..it sounds kinda ick but some of them taste pretty good dry and can give you a chocolate fix to help curb your cravings. plus they are packed with essential nurtrients..or at least it says so on the side of the box .
