Hi all, I hope it's okay to come and say hello
I'm currently going it alone with some inspiration from a few FB pages, I started on 3rd of January weighing 132.9kg and at last weigh in I was 129.8kg, not a lot in 4/5 weeks but something nevertheless.
I was a huge crisp eater and I am proud to say I've had no crisps since starting, until this week but still nowhere near as much as I used to, however that will be stopping again.
Anyway, enough boring chat from me, I found this Page via Google and it's great as noone knows who I am, whereas on FB friends and family can see everything
