Oh yes - that's why it works for me. I am, quite simply, a piglet I love my food and SW is perfect for me. Has taught me some balance, restraint and what without making me feel like I want to run screaming to MaccyDs!

Im doing SW at the moment too. I love the plan. Ive lost most of my weight on the plan. And although it's been a long process for me, I have never ever regained that much weight (max a stone). In all honesty, I joined a month ago and I've lost 1 stone 2lbs already. I'm so happy to be at group again. It's an amazing way of life that doesn't even need exercise (but it does help)

What day does everyone weigh in? Maybe we can post our weekly updates here

Tuesday for me. Am on a soup mission this week. Making lots of yummy and filling soups to take to work so I don't munch rubbish.

I've been a bit bad lately and have slipped out of my target of max 142lb and am determined to be abck there next week. We'll see.

It really does work though and the best thing is that you can eat so MUCH!
